DARPA MTO Open House

DARPA MTO will host an Open House event on 24 June 2024 from 0900 – 1630 (ET) for prospective proposers, ahead of the release of a new forthcoming MTO Office-Wide Broad Agency Announcement (BAA). The goals of this event are to: (1) familiarize participants with MTO’s mission, interest areas (listed below) and on-going efforts; (2) facilitate discussions with potential proposers, (3) increase the efficiency in proposal preparation and evaluation; and (4) enhance MTO’s market research strategy. The event will include overview presentations by DARPA personnel, to include MTO Program Managers, and an opportunity for sidebars with MTO Program Managers and MTO Leadership.

The Open House will be in person at the DARPA Conference Center, located at 675 N Randolph St., Arlington, VA, and streamed virtually (view-only) via ZoomGov. All U.S. permanent residents and foreign nationals must submit a DARPA eForm 60, except foreign government personnel who must submit only an Official Visit Request completed by their respective embassy based in Washington, DC. The eForm 60 (available on the registration website) must be submitted no later than 17 June 2024, at 1159 (ET). Event Details

• This MTO Open House event will be held on June 24, 2024, from 9:00am to 4:30pm ET at the DARPA Conference Center, located at 675 N Randolph St., Arlington, VA, and streamed virtually (view-only) via ZoomGov from 9:00am to 2:45pm ET. Check-in begins at 8:00am ET. Virtual attendees are encouraged to log into ZoomGov at least 15 minutes prior to each session start time to ensure no technical difficulties or delays. Advance registration is required, regardless of in-person or virtual attendance.

Registration Details

• Registration Opens May 1, 2024.
• There is no on-site registration.
• Registration is free but limited by the in-person capacity of 150 participants and webinar capacity of 500 participants. 
• No more than two (2) representatives per organization unit, and four (4) people per overall organization, may attend in-person. Registrants are strongly encouraged to coordinate attendance internally within their organizations prior to registration.
• In-person attendees will have the option to participate in 15-minute sidebar meetings with MTO Program Managers and/or MTO Leadership. Attendees may request up to three (3) sidebar meetings at the time of registration. The Executive Summary submission will assist in the coordination of the sidebar meetings. Sidebar meetings will be coordinated until capacity is met for each personnel. Prior to the event, recipients of sidebar meetings will be notified of their meeting time and on-site instructions. No additional sidebar meetings will be scheduled during the MTO Open House event.

Registration Deadline

• The registration deadline is 11:59pm ET on Friday, May 31, 2024.
• There is no on-site registration.
• Late registrations may be admitted after all pre-registered attendees are admitted, and only if room capacity allows. Note that late registration processing requires significant coordination and may not be completed in time to attend the MTO Open House event.
