The Government of Canada has released the Version 2022-1 Practitioner’s Guide for Procurement Pricing. This update, which builds on Phase 1, 2 and 3 of the Guide, is now available through the new Procurement Pricing homepage. These are proposed changes to the Standard Acquisition Clauses and Conditions (SACC) Manual which affects the terms around the payment and incentive structures when working with the Government of Canada.
